Great minds think alike @omnipollo ???????? ⠀ We’re really looking forward to July 10th because it’s going to be a ????double can????release day for the books! Not only are we releasing our first ever canned Beerception Variant: Moksasmoke, but we’re ALSO releasing our canned imperial stout collaboration with @moksabrewing, Rorschach Test ???? ⠀ • Moksasmoke began with a Beerception Variant: Chocasmoke, our chocolate oatmeal stout ???? that we aged in our Chocasmoke ???? whiskey barrels for about a year. After aging we blended ???? it with the base beer for Rorschach Test (sans coconut ???? and coffee)! ⠀ • Rorshauch Test is a massive imperial stout that we brewed using our first ever triple mash, cutting the lauter before any dilution of the wort occurred, and refilling our mash tun 3 separate times to extract as much chocolate ???? malt syrup as possible! After fermentation the beer received a healthy dosing of coffee ☕️ and coconut ???? ???? ⠀ We’re anticipating 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ cans of Moksasmoke & will launch a pre-sale next week once we receive our final canning numbers. Stay tuned for more on that soon! ⠀ ⠀ We’re looking forward to sharing these two new creations with everyone in just two short weeks!⠀ ????

This Friday when we open at noon we’ll be releasing POISON FUMES, our collaboration with @hoofheartedbrewing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We brewed this with Ohio honey from @honeyrunfarm, knocked out into barrels and fermented cold in our cooler. A little mixed culture fermentation makes this a crushable, lightly tart, highly carbonated saison-esque beer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Four packs to-go will be for sale at the taproom only (no distribution). We’ll repeat: this guy’s got some prickly carb. Keep cold and drink fresh.

White Lodge – DIPA, Black Lodge – Blackberry and Black Currant Sour in 16oz cans, and Ghost Heart – Foeder Aged Wild Ale refermented on second use black raspberries and honey in bottles! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ White Lodge – DIPA 8% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A new DIPA, White Lodge is heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Vic Secret Hops. Tropical fruits and citrus notes with a softer bitterness. $18/4 pack ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Black Lodge – Fruited Berliner-Style Weisse 5% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our latest fruited sour features the combination of black currant and blackberry. This one brings the fruits in full force. $15/4 pack ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ghost Heart – Foeder Aged Wild Ale Refermented on second use Black Raspberries & Local Honey ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This beer consists of beer out of our wild ale foeder which is then refermented on black raspberries used to make Black Razzath with a hefty dose of local honey. Balanced acidity with a beautiful bright red hue and a bit more jammy berry flavor combined with a touch of sweetness$11.99/500ml bottle ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All three beers will be available on draft when we open at Noon. Cans and bottles go on sale at Noon as well. Limits will be set morning of the release based on turnout. We are a small brewery and put as much of these beers into package as our system allows. Giants.⠀ ⠀ For our last can release announcement of the week, we introduce Giants, a German style pilsner dry hopped with a the traditional Noble hop, Saaz. As the summer comes into full bloom down by the waterfront, we feel it’s only right to add a crisp, refreshing 4.6 percenter into the mix.⠀ ⠀ It’s been a long time coming that we work with our good friend @willgebhard for his second can project. Will is a Burlington based painter who designed our Youth Lagoon cans a year and a half ago. He’s been instrumental in several artistic endeavors we’ve taken on over the last year, being someone we can call on for a help in moment of creative need. Always going above and beyond. Tomorrow, Friday the 28th, we will have cans of Friendly Opposition, a new 6% IPA, available to purchase when we open at four. Friendly Opposition was brewed with pilsner malt and pa grown triticale from @deercreekmalt and hopped excitedly with Mosaic and Wolf. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Friendly Opposition features tales of golden raspberry sling shot fights, yellow plum avalanches, lemon meringue mattresses, questionable photographs of mangos, and peach danish disasters.

It’s hazy, medium bodied and super drinkable. A combination of Simcoe, Citra and Huell Melon hops create undertones of lemon, cantaloupe and pine.
