Poor Cocoboi… he watched in horror, as all his coconut friends perished. It was a necessary evil in order to make this delicious, liquified 11% abv coconut cake in a can. We used all the toasted coconut we could get (18 lbs per bbl!!), smashed it with a pile of Madagascar vanilla beans, and conditioned “the beer” on them for a couple weeks before sending to package. The result is a viscous, delicious, dessert chaos, brimming with oily coconut madness. Listen – that New Years resolution is long gone. Come crush some of this! Releasing Friday at noon… and EXTREMELY LIMITED!!! Due to the sheer amount of coconut in this beer, our yield was really low, so we anticipate having about 50-60 cases total available for sale. $22/4 pack (including tax)- Limits may be instated according to early demand. We will have a few kegs for pours over the weekend. ___ If that wasn’t enough, @jwfpizza will be jammin from 3-9pm along with a full draft list! New beer! Under The Breath is a 7% IPA brewed with Pilsner malt and spelt and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Centennial. ⁣Cans will be available when we open at four on Friday the 15th. ⁣ This beer has tales of doughy peach pie (possibly undercooked) parties, oranges that are tangerines, floral pineapples that float, delicious custard, and flowers dipped in honey.

This Saturday, March 16th, in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, we will be releasing four Port Omna variants in cans. This year the packaged version of Port Omna is a bigger beer than the draft version. We increased the ABV to 8.2% and increased the body to help support the variants. These will be available beginning at 10am tomorrow, during the final weekend of A Bird to Explore All Shores pickup window. ——————————— The first variant is Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee Bean stout. Our friends @rookcoffee gave us some green coffee beans that we aged in a freshly emptied Willett bourbon barrel for a couple months. After aging in the barrel, Rook dark roasted the beans, and we conditioned the stout on course ground coffee. The combination of barrel-aging and dark roasting adds a unique flavor to the beer unlike any of our previous coffee beers. ———————— The second is Chocolate Mint stout. We conditioned the base stout on a combination of fresh chocolate mint and peppermint and a generous amount of cacao nibs. The result is a decadent yet balanced beer with rich cocoa notes and a bright mint finish. ———————— More information on the other two variants will be provided in a later post. $18 per 4pk | Half case limit.

We’re open 4-8 tonight, and we’ll be releasing split 4-packs Irregular Barrels: Round 2 (2 cans each of Irish Coffee and Mexican Coffee). $22/4-pack, 1 case limit per person. ???????????????? Irish Coffee is a continuation of the Regular Coffee game. Our golden imperial coffee cream ale has been finished on Irish wood and peppermint. Much like Regular Coffee looks to evoke an amusing version of the acidic bitter coffee curbed by milk and sugar that starts a day in a paper cup, Irish Coffee addresses it on the other end of the day. A beer rendition of a mug of coffee touched by Irish and whipped cream with a drizzle of green crème de menthe to tie up a big meal. Drink Irish Coffee to take it all home. ???????????????? Mexican Coffee is a continuation of the Regular Coffee game. Our golden imperial coffee cream ale has been finished on Tequila wood and homemade coffee syrup. The official start of Spring is approaching, so we needed a beer to pair with the warm weather and vibes. HS5 is a New England IPA loaded with FRESH Tangerines, Citra and Motueka Hops. Wonderfully hazy, and full of sweet citrus and tangerine aroma.
