Here is the latest edition of Can Release Daily. We’ve always appreciated centralized information, and here we have some of the hottest can release drops around the country bundled in one post. We understand that these cans might be long gone by the time you read this, we hope this also serves a purpose by showing you what you might want to trade for in the next week or two. You excited for the weekend yet? We sure are, and we’re even more stoked because our collab with our homies at @weldwerksbrewing drops this weekend! ____________________________________ For this collab, we wanted to do something different, so we each took each other’s beers and spun them on their heads. We took #juicybits, added blueberries & mangoes, lactobacillus and made it a sour IPA called Juicy Bust. The WeldWerks crew took our #eastcoasttransplant, added passionfruit, guava, vanilla & lactose to turn it into a Milkshake IPA called East Coast Faceplant. East Coast Faceplant hits the WeldWerks taproom in Greeley on Friday 12/7 and you can get your mits on some Juicy Bust in our #oldetownarvada taproom on Saturday 12/8 starting at 11am. Get yourself some of these 16oz cans before they’re gone! We’ve been experimenting in The B-Tracks lab like crazy and this is one of our favorite results so far. Yuzu Empire is a Japanese-style Rice Lager that features a rare Asian Citrus called (you guessed it) Yuzu which is supplied by @baldorfood. It adds just the right touch of a unique sweetness to the flavor of this extremely drinkable brew. Our B-Tracks are only available in The Taproom, so come up to 136th for this one when we release it on Saturday!!

Tomorrow at 11am we’re throwing it back to the first cans we ever released. Built To Spill is a double IPA dry hopped with Citra and Galaxy hops, and with a name inspired by one of our favorite bands, it’s a beer we take great pride in. Thanks to @jackson.tupper and his creative contribution to this can design we were able to set a high bar for ourselves for the future of Foam’s artistic collaborations. Each can since this first one has featured work from unique artists from around the state and beyond, and we are proud to have kicked it off with Jackson’s Built to Spill piece. Art has and will always be a driving force behind what we are trying to do at Foam, so we can’t thank the artists we’ve worked with enough for the impact you’ve had on us as people and as a brewery.⠀ — Come scoop up some cans featuring Jackson’s work tomorrow or Saturday morning. Your second can for release this Saturday at 10am is FORMLESS SHADOWS. Tasting notes below, and full can release details on our website. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ FORMLESS SHADOWS Murky Triple IPA w/ Mosaic, Nelson, and Huell Melon Hops 10.5% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We built this mammoth Murky Triple IPA on a blended base of @admiralmaltings Pils malt grown organically by John Crawford of Cascade Farms in Tulelake, CA, plus Premium Two Row malt from Great Western Malting. Then we dry hopped it with an enormous amount of hops sourced from around the world – Mosaic (US), Nelson (New Zealand), and Huell Melon (Germany). The result is an incredibly easy drinking brew considering its ABV, with delightfully sweet citrus notes, almost reminiscent of Tang. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Both beers from this Saturday’s can release will be on tap in our tasting room starting today at noon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #pureproject #canrelease #sdbeer #formlessshadows #????

Triple release on Saturday, December 8th at all of our Taprooms. First up is Altered Yeast with a rad design from @beyondtheale! “Yeast has been the true final frontier in IPA for quite some time now; after decades of experimenting with hops, malt, and different water profiles, it’s finally time for breweries to enjoy and explore the possibilities using expressive yeast strains. Altered Yeast is our IPA to celebrate the holy matrimony between yeast esters and hop aromas. Alongside using the best aromatic yeast strains we can find we also loaded this one up with two of the orangiest hops that ever have oranged; Citra and Southern Passion. These aren’t two of our favorite hops for no reason, with huge notes of orange marmalade, tangerine zest, tampico, and canned peaches in syrup the Citra and Southern Passion hops pair perfectly with the fruity yeast esters to create an absolute juice bomb that we just couldn’t achieve with a neutral yeast strain.” Available at 11 am in Berkeley, Napa, Sacramento, San Mateo & San Ramon/12 pm in Monterey. Special Release 2 of 3 tomorrow at all of our Taprooms: Orange Parfait! “Fieldwork Parfaits are a series of tart beers where we take a big and creamy base of oats and milk sugar, then sour them in our kettle until they are bright, acidic, and effervescent. We then ferment and condition the beer on heaps of pureed or whole fruit until the beer is almost opaque with color looking almost like a melted crayon. A small vanilla addition plays with the lactose to create a whipped cream-like flavor profile and mouthfeel that is just big enough to compliment the fruit without overpowering or taking away from the real star of the pour. With Orange Parfait we have what we think tastes like a 50/50 Bar in a glass, no other way to describe it.” 11 am in Berkeley, Napa, Sacramento, San Mateo & San Ramon/12 pm in Monterey.
