Big news pals.⠀ ⠀ Our Jack London Square brewery is finished and producing beer! This second location gives us much more room to play, and we’re going to use that brewing capacity to focus in on lager. From the get-go, we’ve tried to create a space and a company culture that welcomes everybody. Lagers are simple, crisp beers that all of our customers love, and we finally have the chance to consistently offer them to y’all!⠀ ⠀ To start things off, we’re proud to introduce you to Temescal Pils. This beer the result of two years of pilsner experimentation: a 5.0% ‘modern pilsner’ that’s soft, aromatic, flavorful, and doesn’t adhere to traditional styles. We haven’t previously committed to always offering any one beer, but we love this recipe so much and want to make it more widely available. We think its time has come.⠀ ⠀ Our lager outpost is just for production and the occasional party…and we’re throwing a Temescal Pils Party there next Saturday! On 12/8 from 1pm-7pm, come see our new facility and celebrate with us. There’ll be DJs, wood-fired pizza, brewery tours, and 4 lagers on tap.⠀ ⠀ ‼️ Next Saturday’s party is a ticketed event with limited space. We are proud to have been asked to brew the latest Bottleshop Collaboration Project beer! Reuben’s Crush XI will be released this Friday November 30th at the ten Washington State independent bottleshops in the BCP. Cans will be available when each store opens (see their websites and social media for complete details), but draft will only be tapped at 4pm in each location. ⠀ ⠀ Crush XI is a special edition of our Double Crush hazy DIPA. This juicy DIPA is dry-hopped with a load of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Motueka hops. The hop blend was selected by the Bottleshop Collaboration Project team along with Brewmaster Adam Robbings and Head Brewer James McDermet.
