Here is today’s edition of Can Release Daily. We’ve always appreciated centralized information, and here we have some of the hottest can release drops around the country bundled in one post. DDH Space Daydream Imperial Oat Cream IPA(8.5%) galaxy + oats + lactose = awesome. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case per person. DDH All Citra Everything Imperial IPA(8.5%) that 100% Citra jam. $20 per 4 pack, 1 case per person. Idaho 7 + Motueka Imperial IPA(8.5%)new dual hop with that pineapple lemon-lime juice. $18 per 4 pack, 1 case per person. Dream Layers Oat Cream IPA(Galaxy + Vic Secret + Motueka)(6.0%) oats and lactose rounding out some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops. $16 per 4 pack, 1 case per person. We are super excited to announce the second and last beer to be released on Wednesday, 11/14. Mirror Master is a new 6.5% Double Dry Hopped IPA brewed in collaboration with @youngthegiant. Their latest album, Mirror Master, dropped last month and they have shows this week at Brooklyn Steel on Tuesday and Wednesday and @starlandballroom on Thursday (11/15). Tag a friend to be entered to win a pair of tickets to the show on Thursday at the Starland Ballroom! The winner will be announced on Wednesday. This DDH IPA is hopped intensely with Citra and Chinook hops. We brewed Mirror Master with a new-to-us and very expressive Nordic strain that lends immense citrus and tropical fruit notes. $17 per 4 pack, 1 case limit.

But it wouldn’t be a full meal without some sides—so we’re also releasing Side Dish IPA in cans! It’s a beer lover’s feast. Check the details below, and we’ll see you tonight ✌️⠀ ⠀ ~⠀ ⠀ Online pre-sale Dessert bottles are SOLD OUT, but those who bought bottles online can come pickup starting today—please bring your ID, and yourself (not a friend). The 50% of bottles that weren’t offered online will be on sale in the taproom starting today at 4pm, $14 per 500ml bottle, limit 4 per person.⠀ ⠀ Side Dish IPA is available at $20/4-pack, no limit.⠀ ⠀ ~⠀ ⠀ Dessert – Imperial Stout with Whole Vanilla Bean, 9.5%⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Do you like marshmallows? Chocolate? Graham cracker? A ton of vanilla? No…? Who hurt you? Chewy, velvety, and lush, Dessert is a decadent yet somehow balanced imperial stout. Excessive amounts of Grade A Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans were processed in house by Mike’s roommate’s food processor and added warm to the tank post-fermentation. Very light roast for such a big stout, basically a marshmallow in a glass.⠀⠀ ⠀ ~⠀ ⠀ Side Dish – A Hazy IPA – 6.4% ABV⠀ ⠀ A perfect accompaniment to your holiday meal, Side Dish features Mosaic, Motueka, and Idaho 7 hops over a base of Rahr 2-Row and 20% malted white wheat. This beer gives off tons of dried peaches, guava, and lime from the hops and a nice fluffy texture from the wheat malt. It’s fermented slightly warmer but with the fruity aromas kept in balance. The wheat adds a sort of sour dough crust mouthfeel and acidity that’s a very welcome counterpoint to the oily goodness coming from Mosaic.

It’s going down! 3 new beers on tap today. Cans available of our brand new Double IPA “Murker’s Comp” and fan favorite “Mo’ Nelson” IPA. Draft/Crowlers/Growlers of “Citrasaic” Pale Ale as well! Let’s talk about “Citrasaic” first… A simple malt bill of 2-Row and Pilsner malt and a 3.5lb/bbl hopping rate makes this Pale Ale pop! We intentionally used our super limey lot of Mosaic from “Lil Momo” Pale Ale alongside our mango forward Citra. Fluffy and soft with notes of lime and mandarin orange with some nice minerality. Fermented with our neutral California Ale Yeast for maximum aroma and flavor. This batch is on point. 5.8% and 33 IBUs. “Mo’ Nelson” IPA features 2018 crop year selected Nelson (2 lots in this batch for complexity sake) alongside our nice stonefruit forward Mosaic lot. Tangy white grape hits the resiny fruity Mosaic and everything is in it’s right place. 6.9% and 58 IBUs. $18 per 4 pack. 1 case per person. “Murker’s Comp” Double IPA makes it’s debut right now! Hopped with all the sexy hops – Nelson, Galaxy, Strata, Mosaic and Citra. We tried something new and knocked this batch out onto an entire 44lbs of Galaxy in the fermenter. This batch is packed with mouth coating tropical dankness. Notes of passionfruit, red starburst, pomegranate and papaya. Fermented with an expressive yeast. 8.5% and 72 IBUs. $22 per 4 pack. 1 case per person. Cheers y’all!!! ????????????????????????

2018 Good Conduct will be released in all of our Taprooms on Saturday, November 17th! We will also be releasing It’s All Arid, our collaboration DIPA with UK’s Magic Rock Brewing; and Moonview Highway, our collaboration IPA with UK’s Burnt Mill Brewing. 11 am in Berkeley, Napa, Sacramento, San Mateo and San Ramon/12 pm in Monterey. Limits will be based on turnout at each location. No draft or fills will be available. “Good Conduct is a kind hearted Imperial Brown Ale that has been subjected to an immense amount of Maple Syrup, many months in Bourbon Barrels, and an imposing level of whimsy. As Good Conduct makes contact with your glass, the battle of maple versus bourbon begins. The two extremely complimentary components duke it out for palate supremacy, with maple taking the nose by storm and bourbon rushing across the taste buds. The two senses come together in barbaric harmony just as the incredibly complex Brown Ale enters the competition. This beer, simply put, is an aggressively hopped pale ale that represents our love of pure hop expression.
