Tasting notes below, and full can release details at the link in our profile. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ MANGO MAGIC Sour Double IPA w/ Mangos and Lactose 8.5% ABV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A multi-dimensional sensory experience, with a fine tuned balance of tartness and sweetness. We packed this brew with loads of organic Peruvian Mango for it’s amazing tropical flavor, and gave it a touch of acidity by souring the mash. This Saturday at 11am (yes, the same time as our spooky annual Halloween Party featuring a sweet lineup of one off kegs/casks), we will be releasing STEMMED: Zinfandel on draft and in 4-packs of 16oz cans. $21+tax per 4-pack. We had a slightly lower yield on this one so we are gonna roll with a 1x 4-pack limit per person. But don’t stress! We’ll have plenty on draft to last a few days. . STEMMED: Zinfandel is the first in our newest series of Nelson hopped hazy double IPAs that are co-fermented with the juice of certain wine varietals, this time using Zinfandel sourced from the Sierra Foothills. We utilize a simple grain bill of American 2-row, flaked oats & a touch of honey malt. Hopped entirely with Nelson in the whirlpool and dry hopped at over 3lb/bbl with Nelson as well. Fermented along side fresh pressed Zinfandel juice using our house English ale yeast. Very very soft with a deep tropical dankness that could only come from these heavy handed Nelson dry hop rates + freshly juiced Zinfandel. 8.2%. . Please refer to our previous Halloween Party post if you’re curious about some of those rad aforementioned one off kegs/casks. 11am-midnight!! $1 off draft beers for folks in costumes. Come get some boos.
