Bell’s HopSlam 2018 Release Details
(Comstock, MI) – Arguably one of Bell’s most iconic and famous beers returns this month. We’re talking about none other than the strong and flavorful Bell’s HopSlam. For the past 14 years, folks have snagged this beer up as soon as it comes out every winter with great fanfare. Bell’s has shared when and where this beer will be landing, so take note.
A New Year means new batches of Hopslam!
Our Double IPA will start shipping in waves beginning the week of Jan. 2, first in Michigan then to other states over the next few weeks.
It will be available on draught, in 12 oz. cans packaged in 6-packs and in mini-kegs (limited).
Hopslam cans will start shipping this week (Jan. 2) to counties in lower Michigan (Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Clare, Clinton, Gratiot, Ingham, Ionia, Isabella, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lake, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Monroe, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oakland, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, St. Joseph, Shiawassee, Van Buren, Washtenaw and Wayne).
Below, you will find shipping information about the rest of our distribution footprint. Please keep in mind that there could be delays and that the beer may still have to travel to our distributors’ warehouses first.

I am seeing large quantities of Hopslam at different stores around Canton and Ann Arbor, as well as at many bars. Has the production increased this year? It used to be so difficult to get, now it seems like it’s everywhere.
