Bagby Beer 5th Anniversary & Sweet Ride Cans

How can it be FIVE years since we opened our doors? It seemed to take a lifetime to open at all, and once we did, boy oh boy has it been a whirlwind every day since. We couldn’t be more proud of the place we created, the folks we call family, the countless friends we have made along the way – like you!

Every year about this time, fortunate as all get out to be able to celebrate another milestone, we reflect on all we have accomplished so far, and all that is still yet to come. And we are immediately struck with the importance each and every fan, friend, and guest is to our continued success. And that, fine folks, is cause for celebration.

So we hope you can join us this weekend as we pass that 5-year mark – some exciting things coming your way:

First, we’ve got some Bagby Beer in CANS for you! This is a brand new endeavor, one we have toyed with in our minds for a long time. We decided it would be pretty neat to package a couple of beers to mark this momentous occasion. These beers are extremely limited and will both be for sale starting 11AM on Friday, as long as they last.

Sweet Ride – Pilsner: this awesome little beer scored a GOLD medal at the Great American Beer Fest (GABF) a couple of years back, and has been our house fave lager ever since. Soft on the palate, with unmistakable lager character, supremely drinkable. This batch has been resting (lagering!) in the tank for months, waiting for just this chance to go home with you, and grace your refrigerator (and then your taste buds). 4x16oz $14.

We thought we’d be remiss if we didn’t brew an anniversary beer, as well, and why not put that baby in a can, too? Introducing…

What A Time To Be Alive – American IPA: IPAs are a big part of our history here at Bagby, and this one is as classic, as West Coast-style, as you can get. Light golden in color, packed with American hops, this beer’s citrus, floral bitterness lingers just long enough on the palate, and finishes super dry. It’s delicious, and we hope you grab some before it’s gone. 4x16oz $16.

Both beers will also be on draught for your on-site enjoyment!

• Friday 5PM – Close: Throwback Pricing on Original Menu Items
• Saturday 12PM – 6PM: Grill Party with Specialty Hot Dogs & Liters (Vegan Hot Dogs, too!)
• Sunday 10AM – 1PM: Build Your Own Breakfast Burritos *Supreme* Edition featuring a few new Burrito options: Surf & Turf with Grilled Shrimp and Carne Asada, Classic Chroizo, and an all new Vegan Burrito
• Sunday 4PM: Cake Cutting & Toast with the Bagbys on the Upstairs Deck

All weekend we’ll be offering select Bagby beers for just $5, plus be on the lookout for anniversary tees and glassware for sale, discounted merch, and more!
