We release our coal black, velvety smooth Belgian Imperial Stout on Wednesday, December 3rd. Come and be the first to taste the 2008 Vintage of the brew.
For those severely twisted and deranged souls who can’t get their stout fix from Mephistopheles’, we’ll also have a keg of Out of Bounds Stout on the beer engine, our Czar Russian Imperial Stout on tap along with a keg of what we call Meph Addict (think coffee!!) for the evening.
Kim and Jake’s Cakes will be there with a chocolate cake baked with Mephistopheles’ for those who arrive early! Stop by, taste a few, and walk away with some bottles of Meph and a cake recipe sure to impress your holiday guests!
Mephistopheles is the crafty shape shifter, the second fallen angel. Amazingly complex, coal black, velvety and liqueurish, this demon has a bouquet of vine-ripened grapes, anise and chocolate covered cherries with flavors of rum-soaked caramelized dark fruits and a double espresso finish.
