Peak Organic Wants You To Use The “F” Word
“F” words are good words around Peak these days, with Fall Harvest, Festival Season and Fall Summit all in our midst. First of all, our new release, Fall Summit. It’s a rich autumn ale that is late hopped and dry hopped with Summit hops.
Our friend Jason grows amazing organic Summits that display a combination of pine, spice and citrus notes. The beer pairs perfectly with hearty autumn dishes, fresh harvest apples and fall vegetable roasts.
Also, we are extremely excited about the fruits of the local hop harvest this year. Our friends and farmers grew some wonderful varieties that we can’t wait to put into our beer and share with the world. See more pictures of harvest here.
