Left Hand Brewing Company’s JuJu Ginger is a kickass summer beer. Brewed with organic ginger root, its a refreshing alternative to the pilsners found in every summer bbq beer tub.
August 6, 2008 @ 8:14 am

August 2, 2008 @ 10:09 am
Arrogant Bastard!!! Beer drinking is year round not seasonal. OK, Avery White Rascle is a great beer to throw back on a hot summers day. Oh, and Ruination. (get my point)
August 1, 2008 @ 11:56 am
I like the Sam Adams Summer Ale, but I also thought the Blue Moon HoneyMoon was good too. (yes, I know)
July 31, 2008 @ 11:09 am
Sweaty Betty blonde, hands down.
A German yeast strain and hops with CO glacier water, cant go wrong with her.
July 30, 2008 @ 5:41 am
A great crisp IPA, or on a really hot day I like a dry, tart gueuze…it can be amazingly refreshing. In general, weather and time of year are nothing more than just two of the myriad of influences that determine what beer I choose when I open the fridge / go to the cellar.
July 29, 2008 @ 10:10 am
St. Arnold’s Texas Wheat normally but in July they did have “Christmas in July” when they released a small batch of their Christmas Ale.

June 21, 2008 @ 5:52 am
My current summer fav is Redhook’s Long Hammer IPA. The citrus and spice cut through the sweaty, gummy humidity of the South but it is light enough to get you through a night of dancing in the street!
