Really enjoyed your interview with Isaac Showaki. Lots of Wisconsinites judge their beer in quantity vs quality, but some of us are more discriminating, and we are willing to pay for quality beer! I haven’t been to the Octopi brewery, but as a result of your podcast, I’m looking forward to visiting the taproom and hopefully taking a tour.
Cheers!
