The Bruery, Linkery & Intelligentsia Dinner
On May 13th, The Linkery chefs will create dishes will featuring Intelligensia coffee. The food will be paired with The Bruery’s craft beers.
Interestingly, The Bruery (from O.C.) and Intelligentsia (from L.A.) teamed up to brew a special beer with Intelligensia coffee. This event will be its debut. The beer is called Toddy Barleywine brewed with the Ikirezi coffee from Burundi. There will be reps from everyone participating. Intelligentsia will provide a world-class barista or two. The dinner will be $10 per pairing with 5 pairings and a half-pour of the beer with each. Diners can order a la carte, so there’s no commitment for the whole meal.
As for the food and beer, it’s all a la carte, each pairing $10.

Yum! Sounds awesome!! I remember tasting the pilot brew of that Toddy Barleywine. It was amazing then, and I don’t doubt that it’s only gotten better.
