Stone Sour Fest – "The Biggest Sour Fest in The World"

Escondido, CA -Stone Brewing’s Dr. Bill Sysak, great beer tasting veteran, gets us stoked for this weekends 3rd Annual Stone Sour Fest, July 19, 2009.

“Dr. Bill” Sysak here, this Sunday July 19th , the place to be is Stone Brewing’s World Bistro and Gardens! The 3rd Annual Stone Sour Fest will be taking place from 11am until 8pm. The powers that be here at Stone have allowed me to pull out all the stops and make this years event “The Biggest Sour Fest in the World”. I’ve gotten my friends in the craft beer industry to contribute a truly stellar lineup of sour beers for the fest.

Other changes from last year will include a festival food menu, served from a station located right in the venue for easy access. Our talented Chef Alex Carballo has created some tasty treats, I even cajoled him into serving chocolate covered bacon. The fest area has been greatly expanded to include most of the outside Patio and Gardens,with ample shaded seating for all.

I’ve been with Stone Brewing for four months now and I love it! Just think of what I will do with a whole year to plan for the next Sour Fest.
