Western Slope Amber Ale
Brewed in the style of a easy-drinking American Amber, this is the FIRST recipe creation from our Brewery Team of Ken Rogers & Jamie Eichmann. They’ve been honing their skills in the brewery and put together a recipe designed to appeal to microbrew drinkers. It’s got a great amber hue with a smooth caramel flavor that’s nicely balanced with American hops, and is very quaffable at 4.5% ABV.

Shepherd’s Pie
Back by popular request, the Shepherd’s Pie from Farrago Market Cafeis super tasty. Seasoned with bison meat browned in a beer-mushroom gravy, topped with creamy mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese and broiled to golden perfection. While everyone has their own version of Shepherd’s Pie, some customers tell us it’s THE BEST one they’ve ever had!
