Clipper City Brewing Co. Vol. 6 No. 10 November 2007 – Local Market Edition
Beginning in November, there is no doubt that the holidaze are now upon us. Take one look at the ads on TV and it becomes clear that, like it or not, it has begun… For the most part, I am all right with this. After all, the holiday beers that are traditionally released this time of year are arguably the most interesting seasonal beers of the year. Now is a good time to experiment with beer and food combinations – a good way to keep things interesting during the onslaught which is approaching. So kick back, relax, take in a college football game, down another plate of oysters chased with an exceptional craft beer, and let’s agree to use our products responsibly during this festive time. The holidaze are only good if you are there to enjoy them. Cheers!
