It’s LA Beer Week! Join TheFullPint.com at Karl Strauss at Universal City Walk, Universal City, CA October 13,2010 for Monster Beer & Cheese Night. TheFullPint and Karl Strauss will be hosting an informal pairing of 4 distinctive beers with 4 distinctive cheeses. You will get an education on how certain cheeses compliment and contrast some of the more bold beers Karl Strauss Brewing has to offer.
Event: Monster Beer & Cheese Night with TheFullPint.com and Karl Strauss
When: 6-9pm on the 13th (Wednesday)
Where: Universal City Walk 1000 Universal Studios Blvd Universal City, CA
What: Guests can order the beer and cheese flight on their own at any time during the night. Guests are invited to stick around for a presentation at 7pm where members from The Full Pint and Karl Strauss will explain how beer and cheese pair together followed by detailed explanations of each pairing. 6-9pm.
Cost: $8.00, which gives you a flight of 4-3 oz. pours paired with cheese.
