First Ever Beer and Wine Dinner in Howard County
Clipper City Brewing teams up with Aida Bistro for first ever beer and wine dinner in Howard county
Baltimore, MD – Clipper City Brewing Company and AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar announced today that they will proudly present the first ever Beer & Wine Dinner in Howard County. The dinner will be held on Thursday, October 16th at AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar in Columbia, MD beginning at 6:00 p.m. It will include a four course meal plus a cheese course matched with wines from around the world and Clipper City’s finest beers.
“This dinner is like no other that we have had in the past,” said Hugh Sisson, managing partner of Clipper City Brewing Company. “This will be the first ever beer and wine dinner that we have been involved with and we are very eager to see what guests enjoy.”

Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Terrine Andouille & Apple Savory Tart

First Course
Poached White Fish with Fresh Greens & Chef’s Vinaigrette
Beer: McHenry Lager
Wine: Gruner Veltliner or Chenin Blanc
Second Course
Bacon Wrapper Pork Tenderloin Medallion with Butternut Squash Risotto
Beer: Oxford Organic Amber Ale
Wine: California Pinot Noir
Third Course
Braised Beef Short Rib Bolognese Sauce with Roasted Root Vegetables Over Homemade Pappardelle
Beer: Winter Storm Dark Ale
Wine: Italian Tuscan Wine
Cheese Course
Roaring Forties Blue Cheese
Beer: Below Decks Barley Wine
Wine: Port
