Join us this Monday for a 5 course meal where our chefs will be preparing vegetarian dishes using produce from Your Kitchen Garden and pairing them with unique pork dishes from Carlton Farms and beer, of course!
The Portland Deschutes Brewery and Public House opened in Portland’s Pearl District in May 2008 and has become a destination for great beer, delicious food and a relaxed urban atmosphere. The pub’s design is similar to a Scottish pub, but with a distinct Northwest style that brings a taste of Central Oregon to the heart of Portland.
The Portland brew pub produces all the traditional Deschutes year-round beers and seasonal offerings, including flagship beers Mirror Pond Pale Ale and Black Butte Porter. The brew pub’s 18 taps also feature a selection of seasonal and experimental beers developed and brewed on-site exclusively for the Portland pub by brewer Cam O’Connor.
Executive Chef Jeff Usinowicz heads the kitchen team, crafting classic pub food taken to the next level. This Portland Oregon restaurant takes great pride in producing the highest quality food from start to finish with all menu items made from scratch using the best possible local ingredients.

1. Wilted Spinach Salad
Spring spinach tossed in a warm aged balsamic and whole grain mustard vinaigrette with sautéed wild mushrooms, fromage blanc and truffle salted salsify chips.

2. Braised Leek and Goat Cheese Galette
Slowly cooked leeks in a Mirror Pond Pale Ale butter with creamy goat cheese and chervil baked in a pie dough with champagne vinaigrette-dressed arugula.
Paired with: Roasted Carlton Farms Bacon & Red Chair NWPA
3. Sunchoke Gratin
Creamy baked sunchokes with fontina and grana padano cheeses topped with grilled rapini.
Paired with: Root Beer Braised Pork Belly & D. Straat Dubbel
4. Wild Morel Sformato
An Italian style soufflé with locally-harvested morel mushrooms and Black Butte Porter wort-braised chard.
Paired with: Our Deschutes BreweryLardons & Black Butte Porter
5. Dessert: Sunchoke Cream Pie
Vanilla bean marinated sunchokes in a tarragon cream, strawberry gastrique.
Paired with: Pink peppercorn-cherry wood smoked bacon candy & Bachelor ESB
