Learn About The Beers Made for Our 10th Anniversary Celebration
We have little over a week to go for The Full Pint 10th Anniversary Celebration on August 5th at Toronado San Diego. Each year, many of our friends from breweries we have worked with over the years make a special commemorative beer for the occasion. Because this is our milestone 10th anniversary, we were blessed with many custom batches of beer. Read on for the details on 18 custom beers made for the event. Brewery Rex – The Full Pint of Haze – 7% Our dear friends Tyler “Tyrannosaurus” King and Brian “Rex” White finally launched their passion project, known as Brewery Rex this year. They have brewed stuff on the classic side with their El Whaler Mexican-American Lager and their Blackberry Stout, but thought it would be quite the hoot to brew a hazy, New England Style IPA for our party. And that is what they did. Brewed with Ekuanot, Amarillo and El Dorado Hops.
El Segundo Brewing – Clear AF – 7.1% Our very own Franny Fullpint and Javi Fullpint collaborated on a lean and mean West Coast IPA over at El Segundo Brewing. This beer features Citra, Nelson, El Dorado and Mosaic hops.

The Rare Barrel – Cherubs Blend – Our friends up at The Rare Barrel in Berkley whipped up a very special tart blend of barrel aged beer for our party. Danny, Franny and Jonny are collectively known as Cherubs when they are together and here are the details of this blend: A blended golden sour aged in oak barrels with guava, ginger, and grapefruit zest 5.9% – fermented with a Saison Blend, Saison Dupont yeast strain, Bastogne, and multiple Brettanomyces strains, this beer was racked into unrinsed barrels that previously housed lacto and pedio. Moderate acidity developed and this beer was re-fermented with pink guavas. We then infused approximately 10 pounds of fresh ginger and 1.25 pounds of fresh grapefruit zest to each oak barrel.
