Dream Beer Collaborations
The trend continues in 2010 leading off with more brewing collaborations from Stone Brewing Company, and Sierra Nevada. If you are like me, you have probably tried your hand at fantasy football or dreamt up an All-star roster of your favorite sport at least once in your life.
Here are a few collaborations that I’d love to see, please share with us some of your dream beer collaborations. Think up collaborators, a catchy name, and the style they should brew together.
For me, the key to a kick ass collaboration is obviously, brewers that already kick ass on their own, a great gimmick that captures the spirits of their region, region’s culture, or brewery, and a bold style of beer. I’d be so disappointed if the collaboration beer was a boring, uninspired Amber or English Pale Ale.
