We’d like present you with the Craft Beer Power Rankings for the third week of June. The craft beer rankings ranks the 5 most buzzworthy beers of the week. Influences include but are not limited to social media (Facebook,Twitter, Instagram) as well as RateBeer and BeerAdvocate. Cheers!
5. Heady Topper – This beer isn’t new, it’s not widely distributed, but remains at the top of everyones want list. Browse through any social media beer circle, and you’ll see what we mean. The beer lives up to the hype.
4. Cigar City Brandy Barrel Aged Hunahpu – Cigar City found a wonderful way to release these bad boys to the state of Florida in such a way that a small handful of hoarders and HOMERS can’t snag these up. So as they trickle out through the brewery, you will continue to see offers and requests. Besides the hype, this beer is remarkable.
3. Westbrook Mexican Cake – We might never know what this tastes like unless we go to a wales tasting, with that said, RateBeer and BeerAdvocate are tattooed with offers to land this beer.
2. Topping Goliath Kentucky Brunch – Please refer to #3. And if I don’t mind saying so…HIT ME UP FOR A LIST, LETS WORK SOMETHING OUT.
1. Avery Momi Hiwa – In all of the Avery Barrel-aged Series beers, this one has drawn the most attention. For those not familiar, it’s a barrel aged coconut porter. Enough said right?
