Iron Hill Brewery Apoints Joyce Polsenberg as VP or Marketing
Exton, PA (April 25, 2022) – Iron Hill Brewery, a globally acclaimed craft brewery, and scratch kitchen, today announced Joyce Polsenberg Cremin would step into the role of Vice President of Marketing. Polsenberg Cremin will continue Iron Hill’s strategic marketing efforts through current and new markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions and brings expertise from a long-established presence in the hospitality industry.

Most recently, Polsenberg Cremin served as the Senior Director of Restaurant & Bar Marketing at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. During her tenure at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Polsenberg Cremin spearheaded new strategies to maximize restaurant and bar revenue, guest satisfaction, and engagement with the Kimpton portfolio of over 70 uniquely branded concepts. Previously, Polsenberg Cremin held leadership roles at Aramark and Garces Restaurant Group and earned a Masters of Management in Hospitality with concentrations in Marketing and Revenue Management from Cornell University. She also received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Finance from Georgetown University.
