Victory Vital IPA

 Victory Brewing – Victory Vital IPA – 12 oz. can poured into a goblet. 6.5% abv.

Appearance: Pours a hazy dull yellow gold. Visible rising carbonation. 1/4 inch cap of white suds retains.

Aroma: Grassy melon dry hop aroma then the classic pine/grapefruit. A touch catty.

Taste: Bready, pale malt, light citrus fruitiness, grassy/pine finish that doesn’t linger long. Inviting.

Mouthfeel: Full bodied. Soft yet present carbonation.

Overall: This is a very classy beer. While something you could drink multiple of in a sitting, I can see restaurants leveraging pairings with this beer as well.  It’s not a stereotypical over the top West Coast IPA, and by no means the old school East Coast IPA, it’s a modern IPA with finesse.
