Unibroue La Fin Du Monde

Appearance: While I’m used to a large fluffy head, this one poured with no head at all.  The body is a cloudy dark yellow gold.

Aroma: Funky spicy fruity yeast. It’s really pleasant, but I can’t attribute it to a fruit or a flower.

Taste: Fruity, spicy yeast and hops. Cloves, coriander and citrus rind are found as I further savor.

Mouthfeel: Thick and fizzy.

Overall: A one of a kind, flavorful Belgian-style beer. I’ve had this beer so many times, in different parts of the country, and it’s remained consistently good.
