The Bruery Rugbrød
From The Bruery – Rugbrød is a Danish-style brown ale brewed in the Julebryg tradition. “Julebryg” translates to “jingle bells”, and while this isn’t our winter seasonal (more on that below), we think this historically holiday-related beer is just as delicious anytime of the year.

Appearance: Pours a dark ruby with little head.
Aroma: Potpourri and fruity yeast.
Taste: Rye malt with slight earthy bitter hop and a little twang in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Very fizzy.
Overall: Enjoyable. A bit sweet a bit savory.
