Appearance: Leather brown with a film of off white fizz.
Aroma: Coconut, fig, dates, and vanilla.
Taste: Vanilla, figs and prunes.
Mouthfeel: Sticky.
Overall: For me, this is what I wish regular Partridge in a Pear Tree should have been. Ten times better.
