Appearance: Pours a dark brown with a thin, tan film for head.

Aroma: Soy sauce, beef jerky, chocolate bar and red wine.

Taste: Hot cocoa mix, spicy hops, black pepper and muted roast.

Mouthfeel: Silky, thick with modest carbonation.

Overall: Excellent, very chocolaty and roasty. Dessert like.
