SweetWater Brewing – SweetWater Waterkeeper Hefeweizen – 22 oz. bottle poured into an imperial pint glass. 5.7% abv.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy bright yellow gold. Atop sits a creamy white cap.

Aroma: Bready malt, banana and fresh herbal hops.

Taste: Bready malted wheat, faint clove and banana.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with low creamy carbonation.

Overall: A very tame, yet drinkable hefe.
