De Struise Brouwers – Struise / Stillwater Outblack – 330 ml. bottle poured into a goblet. 10% abv.

Appearance:  Dark brown with a creamy tan cap.

Aroma: Cherry coke, mint, belgian yeast.

Taste:  Cola, cardamom, cough syrup, cranberry, gingerbread.

Mouthfeel: High carbonation and also syrupy.

Overall: It was a great sipper, and I split the bottle, which was plenty for me. I’m not familiar with Stillwater yet, but in a blind tasting, I would have probably been able to tell you Struise was in on this.
