St. Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition

Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck – St. Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition – 375 ml bottle poured into a goblet. 5% abv. Purchased at Whole Foods Market Arroyo – Pasadena, CA.

Appearance: Pours a dark orange with on a white ring around the top. The body is rather cloudy, and you will only see an occasional bubble rising to the top.

Aroma: Light soury funk.

Taste: Lemon, plum skin, funk and a slight woodiness.

Mouthfeel: Fizzy.

Overall: A refreshing gueuze with subtlety.
