Russian River Brewing – Russian River Redemption – On tap at 38 Degrees Alehouse. Poured into a tulip. 5% abv.

Appearance: Pours a clear yellow gold with a fluffy cap of white foam.

Aroma: Light, floral bready nose with a slight whiff of must.

Taste: Bready crisp malt, metallic yeast, small lemon twang finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, modest, lively carbonation.

Overall: You might think of this beer as a Belgian-Pilsner if there was such a thing. The beer is clean, crisp, and damn near perfect.
