Review – Tallgrass Wheat
From Tallgrass Brewing – Tallgrass Wheat is different from what most would expect in a Midwestern wheat beer. It is brewed in the Belgian Wit style, with a unique blend of cracked coriander, Curaçao orange peel and natural spice. This blend, Belgian brewer’s yeast, and a generous helping of oats creates a complex, smooth and highly satisfying wheat beer that is best enjoyed on hot, Midwestern summer afternoons. Tallgrass Wheat is brewed to have a drinkability, complexity and unique character that craft beer drinkers appreciate. The scent of peppery coriander, orange citrus, and fresh-baked bread permeates the brewery whenever this wheat beer is being brewed!
