Appearance:
Golden amber in color, with little or no head poured into a chilled pint glass. No lacing.
Aroma:
A fruity/citrus scent with hop fragrance, and hints of honey.
Taste:
Excellent flavor very much like it’s fragrance. The fruit mixes very well with the maltiness and hops.
Mouthfeel:
Medium bodied, with a moderate amount of carbonation.
Overall:
This is truly an excellent organic beer that is far ahead of the stale selection of beers popular in the states. It is a very balanced and smooth beer that will wake up your tongue and keep you coming back for more. This one is my favorite by far, and will be yours too!
