Review – Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA

Flying Dog brewing offers their rendition of the American IPA with Flying Dog Snake Dog IPA. This brew is widely available, where finer beers are sold. Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

Appearance: A dark yellow, translucent pour, with 1 1/2″ fluffy white head.

Aroma: Strong pine and floral notes.

Taste: Pine, citrus and bitter hops.

Mouthfeel: Creamy and juicy.

Overall: A nice American IPA, tons of hops, with no metallic after taste. The creamy head and texture make it more appealing as well. I would like to get a case of this, or put it on rotation in my dream kegorator.
