Peace Tree Rye Porter

From Peace Tree – High quality pale, caramel, chocolate and Munich malts get a boost with roasted and chocolate rye. Dark and Light Belgian Candy Sugar is added to the kettle during the boil for smoothness and flavor. Belgian yeast gives off some fruity esters and the brew is delicately hopped so as to not overpower the malt flavors. 6%ABV  Bottle or Draft

Appearance:  Pours dark brown with a thin tan film of carbonation.

Aroma: Rustic bread crust, cedar chips, chocolate roast, medium roast coffee beans.

Taste: Spicy herbal hops, earthy and roasted malt, cocoa mix, black cherry, dark chocolate.

Mouthfeel: Full bodied, lively carbonation.

Overall: Very delicious. Not too sweet and not too dry.
