Appearance: Pours a midnight red with a large, fluffy cream colored head.
Aroma: A huge nose full of aromatic hops and spicy malt.
Taste: A large blend of bitter, earthy and herbal hops, dry and spicy malt. Finishes almost minty and boozy with a touch of sassafras.
Mouthfeel: Very fizzy and thick.
Overall: Very bold and flavorful. Very balanced at the same time. While not hot, you can tell this is high in alcohol after a few sips.
