Oakshire Brewing’s Batch of Collaborative Evil 2009 Aged in Pinot Noir Barrels On tap at San Diego Strong Ale Festival 2010

Appearance: Pours a cloudy amber orange with a lasting small bubbly head.

Aroma: Sweet white grape juice.

Taste: Wood, bitter spicy yeast and fruity champagne like note in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Tanic, astringent,lively carbonation.

Overall:  Interesting, complex, not a beer I would drink by itself. Needs a poultry dish to pair with.
