Product Description – Three year wild (oak barrel acidified with souring bacteria and Brettanomyces yeast) beer blended with lychee and Ceylon cinnamon.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy orange with no head.
Aroma: Fresh lychee and apple.
Taste: Funked out lychee.Very sour sweet and tart.
Mouthfeel: Syrupy, thick gritty texture.
Overall: Very enjoyable, but was more drinkable cold than warm. I’d like to see this as part of a future Lips of Faith offering.
