New Belgium Brewing – New Belgium Lips of Faith – Sahti – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 7.2% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a dark orange, fairly clear with no head.

Aroma: Soft vanilla and chamomile.

Taste: Chamomile, spice, small bitterness. Flavors fade to nothing.

Mouthfeel: High carbonation, thin mouthfeel.

Overall: I was not impressed with this beer at all. On paper, it sounds delicious, I was just dissapointed, as I was looking for more. I will say, for 7.2%, it had little alcohol presence on my palate.
