Appearance: Pours a dark brownish maroon. A laundry detergent like foam sits atop.

Aroma: Dried apricot, dried pineapple and plum.

Taste: Gigantic Vermont/Canada Maple Syrup, port wine, sweet and sour cherry.

Mouthfeel: Thick and cloying.
