Knee Deep Brewing – Knee Deep Simtra Triple IPA – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 10.1% abv. From Certified Market Monrovia, CA 

Appearance:  Pours a deep amber orange with a thin white cap of white suds and swirls.

Aroma: Strong candy orange, grapefruit and sweet caramel like malt.

Taste: Bitter abrasive hops, massive alcohol, caramel malt.

Mouthfeel: Thick, but not cloying. Modest carbonation.

Overall:  My kind of beer. I felt it’s strength half way through, but those hops helped me finish it without a problem.  So far I like everything I’ve had from Knee Deep.
