Knee Deep IPA
From Knee Deep Brewing – A full-bodied India style Pale Ale, Knee Deep IPA is brewed with six malts and four hop varieties, delivering a smooth finish and mild bitterness, balanced with an intense piney and floral aroma.
Knee Deep Brewing – Knee Deep IPA – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 7.5% abv. From certified market monrovia.
Appearance: Pours a clear copper with a nice cap of white froth. Within the body, you will see sparse rising tiny bubbles.
Aroma: Caramel corn, brown sugar, and grapefruit and pine hop aroma in the back seat.
Taste: Crystal malt, a touch of plastic, long drying hop bitterness finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
Overall: This was sold to me as a fresh batch. There are so many better IPAs and so many better Knee Deep beers.

You should specify the problems you had with this beer if you’re going to review it and then say there are many better IPAs out there. I’ve been enjoying some of Knee Deep’s hoppy beers of late (Simtra, Hoptologist) and would be interested to try this one. I’d like to know why it doesn’t stack up in your opinion.
