Half Acre Pipeworks Struise Small Animal Big Machine

From Half Acre – This beer was brewed in collaboration with De Struise & Pipeworks. Belgian yeast set the scene for a traditional sour mash and loads of currants & cherries.

Half Acre Brewing – Half Acre / Pipeworks / Struise Small Animal Big Machine – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 9% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a cola brown with a small gathering of bubbles for head.

Aroma: Cola, Belgian yeast, ripe red fruits.

Taste: Cola, burnt raisin toast. Finishes very fruity.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium bubbles. A little sticky as well.

Overall: A very weird , interesting beer.
