From Green Flash – Our Summer Saison is a delicious golden farmhouse ale, brewed with orange peel, ginger, and grains of paradise. A very refreshing, Belgian-inspired summer ale.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy gold with a thin bubbly head.

Aroma: Big fruity esters, spice, musk, lemon peel.

Taste: Dry malt, fairly fruity. No Green Flash like hops to be found.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, dry lively bubbles.

Overall:  A lot going on in this beer. Seemed much bigger than 4.2%.
