Great Divide Belgian Style Yeti Imperial Stout

Great Divide Brewing – Great Divide Belgian Style Yeti Imperial Stout – On tap poured into a goblet. 9.5% abv.
Appearance: Pours a viscous dark brown with a creamy tan head.
Aroma: Chocolaty roast and faint but apparent spicy yeast.
Taste: Big dark chocolate roast. So very close to all the other variants of Yeti, you really don’t pick up a Belgian yeast profile.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, full bodied.
Overall: As mentioned, the yeast took a back seat to the monstrous roasted malt profile this beer shows in all it’s variations. With that said, this is very tasty, and might develop more character with a year or two on it.

You don’t have very good palate if you can’t see how that taste different then other yetis.
