Firestone Walker – Firestone Walker Bravo – On tap at 38 Degrees – 13.5% abv.
Appearance: Pours a deep ruby with a creamy tan cap that subsides to white edges. While sitting on the table it looks dark, when you lift it up to ambient light, it’s fairly translucent.
Aroma: Alcohol, apples, cherry, wood.
Taste: Burnt caramel, toast, alcohol, spicy hop, oak, spicy candy apple.
Mouthfeel: Thick, syrupy with modest carbonation.
Overall: Another tasty, boozy sipper. I’ve had this a few years ago at a festival, and don’t remember it being this big, boozy and bold.
