Estrella Damm Inedit

From Damm – Inedit is the first beer specifically created to accompany food. It is born from the conviction that a beer that could be paired with the utmost respect to the best cuisine was necessary. That is its aim and its virtue, and that is what makes Inedit different, special and unique.

Damm – Estrella Damm Inedit – 750 ml bottle poured into a goblet. 4.8% abv. Purchased at Whole Foods Pasadena, CA and shared by me main man LJ.

Appearance: Pours a dull cloudy yellow gold with a thin white film for head.

Aroma: Fruity, doughy yeast, citrus peel and slight banana.

Taste: Doughy yeast, coriander, light citrus finishing with spicy euro hop notes.

Mouthfeel: Thin and very carbonated.

Overall: Subtle, drinkable, refreshing.  No parts of this beer overshadows another.
