Elysian Idiot Sauvin IPA

From Elysian –Idiot Sauvin, an IPA both fiercely fruity and floral, made with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. The beer has appeared before only at Elysian’s pubs, and will be issued in both 22 oz bottles and draft.

Elysian Brewing – Elysian Idiot Sauvin (Manic IPA Series) – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 6.3% abv.

Appearance:  Pours an amber orange with an offwhite bubbly film.

Aroma: Huge tropical nose: pineapple mango tangerine. Brown sugar. Grapefruit oils.

Taste: Grapefruity hops. Pine. Caramel malt. Finishes with lingering bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Juicy with moderate carbonation.

Overall: this is my kinda IPA. Delicious and smells great too.
