Eagle Rock Jubilee

From Eagle Rock Brewery – Our idea of a holiday treat, has aromas of fresh-baked banana bread, cloves and vanilla.

Eagle Rock Brewery – Eagle Rock Jubilee – From Growler Fill at the Source poured into a goblet. 7,8% abv. (Of note, this is also ERB’s first bottled offering)

Appearance: Pours a deep mahogany with a quickly subsided head.

Aroma: Potpourri, apple skin, cinnamon stick, fruity yeast, plum.

Taste: Toasted malts, cinnamon, cardamom, burnt caramel, bread crust, herbal hops. Lingering burnt sugary toasty goodness in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Overall: Complex, tasty as well, very drinkable. One of Eagle Rock’s best yet.
